All Products manufactured by Parrott Canvas Co. are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and damage by airline are excluded. Parrott Canvas will replace or repair, at our option any defective products. This guarantee carries no time limit, since we expect you to enjoy years of worry-free use from your Parrott Canvas product.

For repairs or returns, please prepay shipping and insure. Items to be repaired should be returned in clean condition.
