This Huntsman Garment Bag is constructed of vintage Black Watch Plaid wax canvas duck. A pattern with a proud heritage. Black Watch was created for the Royal Highlander Regiment in 1881. Designed to transport suit, blazer, or other longer garments that you would not want to fold multiple times. Vintage wax canvas fully lined with nylon for added protection. Rugged bridle leather handles are riveted in place to use as a carry bag. Inside hanger attachment allows you use with hanger hook inside or extend through the top to hang entire bag with garment. Full length zippered main body for easy access. Convenient side compartment for storage of extras. Top and bottom can be snapped together with a leather strap for easy transport. Caring for Martexin™ Original Wax Duck Canvas
Martexin Original Wax Duck Canvas is a highly specialized textile product that precludes normal cleaning. Just as you wouldn’t wash a leather product, such as shoes, gloves, or jackets, you shouldn't machine wash or dry clean your wax duck product. Wax fabrics have been successfully used for many years without washing. A periodic cleaning with a hose and damp cloth is all that’s needed.
