Returns
You may return any non-monogrammed item you are not completely satisfied with upon receipt. Simply return with a note detailing your instructions concerning credit. Prepay shipping and insure your returned items. Please include a copy of your original packing slip. ****Returned merchandise must be unused for credit. ****Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of our ship date for credit. ****Monogrammed items correctly lettered as per your order may not be returned. ****Corporate, Organizations, and Resellers require a return authorization number. ****For exchanges, please follow return policy and reorder.
